Socially, this Construction Startup seeks to make Affordable and Quality home ownership a dream come true for many. By speeding up construction and potentially lowering long-term (maintenance) costs, this Contech can help alleviate housing shortages and stabilize prices, including the provision of more affordable housing units. The resulting buildings often have better structural integrity, longer lifetimes, and greater energy efficiency. It will also improve the image and identity of the Nation since many countries are identified by their Architectural technologies for example Japanese Architecture, American Architecture, English Architecture, Chinese Architecture to mention but a few. This innovation is a trailblazer for The Ugandan Architecture. Economically, this Innovation will create jobs for hundreds of my Ugandan brothers and sisters improving Standards Of Living. It will also contribute to the Country's GDP and reduce Trade Imbalance. These modular construction units will be containerized for export which will raise the Country's Infrastructure GDP from the current 8% up to 15%.
